....Le FRENCH DESIGN 100, unique prix de design en France récompensant l’action internationale de ses designers, s’est donné pour mission de sélectionner les 100 projets de design d’objets (mobilier, décoration, etc.) et d’espaces (hôtels, boutiques, restaurants, etc.) qui font rayonner le design français dans le monde.

À partir du 20 janvier 2022, Le FRENCH DESIGN organise un Festival numérique au cours duquel seront graduellement dévoilés les projets des 100 lauréats grâce à son réseau d’ambassadeurs : musées et établissements culturels internationaux, membres du jury, nos parrain et invité d’honneur, ainsi qu’avec le précieux soutien de l’Élysée.

Le FRENCH DESIGN 100, the only design award in France to reward the efforts of its designers on an international level, has set itself the task of selecting the 100 design projects for objects (furniture, decoration, etc.) and spaces (hotels, shops, restaurants, etc.) that increase the influence of French design in the world.

Le FRENCH DESIGN 100 FESTIVAL sera le fer de lance de cette nouvelle édition, vouée à faire découvrir ou reconnaître la qualité du travail des designers français aux acteurs du secteur. Des vidéos exclusives et inédites des 100 designers viendront également rythmer ce mois de « révélation ».

Philippe Starck, invité d’honneur du Festival, pose aux 100 lauréats la question :
« Et pour vous ? Quel est l’effort à faire pour vous ouvrir au monde ? ».
Chaque jour, et ce pendant un mois, cinq lauréats du prix Le FD100 lui répondront.

Le FRENCH DESIGN 100 FESTIVAL is the spearhead of this new edition, dedicated to introducing or ensuring the recognition of the quality of the work of French designers by industry stakeholders. Exclusive and unpublished videos of the 100 designers will also punctuate this month of "revelation".

….En janvier 2022, Le FRENCH DESIGN by VIA a récompensé des architectes d’intérieur et designers français acteurs du rayonnement de la création française à l’international à travers Le FRENCH DESIGN 100. L’exposition ‘Voyage en Intérieur, Le French Art de Vivre’ félicite les lauréats architectes d’intérieur s’autoéditant. Nous vous proposions une sélection d’une vingtaine de pièces de ces designers. A cette occasion, Le FRENCH DESIGN by VIA a souhaité mettre en relation le design et l’art contemporain. Ce sont un dizaine d’œuvres choisies auprès d’éminentes galeries d’art contemporain, qui ont été sélectionnées pour dialoguer avec les pièces de design. Internationale et itinérante, l’exposition a débuté à Milan pendant la Milan Design Week dans la galerie de l’Institut français Milano, puis à Paris, dans Le FRENCH DESIGN GALLERY.

In January 2022, Le FRENCH DESIGN by VIA honoured French architects and interior designers who are active in promoting French design internationally through Le FRENCH DESIGN 100. The exhibition 'Voyage en Intérieur, Le French Art de Vivre' celebrates the winning self-edited interior designers and architects. This is an opportunity for Le FRENCH DESIGN to link design and contemporary art. A dozen works chosen from eminent Parisian galleries have been selected to connect with the design pieces. ….Le FRENCH DESIGN by VIA exposait au salon Architect@Work Paris les architectures d’intérieur des meilleurs studios français lauréats du prix Le FRENCH DESIGN 100 remis par Monsieur Emmanuel MACRON, Président de la République française, à l’Elysée en janvier 2022, et distingués par un jury international regroupant une prestigieuse sélection de personnalités du monde entier. L’exposition présentait les projets lauréats Le FD100 à travers une exposition photos et sur la cartographie Le FRENCH DESIGN WORLD MAP ; les pièces lauréates du Le FD100 sur le catalogue 3D Le FD CATALOGUE. De plus, les interviews d’architectes lauréats Le FD100 étaient visionnables. Enfin, l’architecte d’intérieur et lauréat Le FD100 Alireza Razavi a donné une conférence sur le thème SYNERGIES.

At Architect@Work Paris Le FRENCH DESIGN by VIA exhibited the interior designs of the leading French studios that won Le FRENCH DESIGN 100 award, presented by Mr Emmanuel MACRON, President of the French Republic, at the Elysée Palace in January 2022, and selected by an international jury made up of a prestigious panel of prominent figures from around the world. The exhibition presented the winning Le FD100 projects through a photo exhibition and on our Le FRENCH DESIGN WORLD MAP. The winning Le FD100 pieces are in Le FD CATALOGUE in 3D. In addition, interviews with Le FD100 award-winning architects were shown. Finally, interior designer and Le FD100 winner Alireza Razavi gave a conference on the theme of SYNERGIES. ….
