Announcement of winners: very soon!

Le FRENCH DESIGN by VIA and HomeByme launch a contest to realize 3D projects with the objective of highlighting the top names in French design & know-how by realizing, on HomeByMe, projects that use primarily pieces and objects that are available in the Le FRENCH DESIGN 3D Catalogue on HomeByMe.

Theme: THE ART OF ENTERTAINING, “ELEGANCE AND TOUCH OF LUXURY”
The art of entertaining with elegance and touch of luxury is a way to conceive spaces and give life to a place or area. It is also an ideal opportunity to focus on lifestyle pleasures, conviviality and emotions.

Participants
- International contest
- Open to physical people (students, young or confirmed architects, amateurs, private individuals, designers, urban planners, researchers, creators, artists …)
- Free contest: the creation of a HomeByMe account will let you realize 3 projects and 3 realistic HD depictions of them for free

Software
- 3D realization of a space on the HomeByMe platform
- A surface ranging from 40 sqm to 100 sqm
- Any type of space (living room, lounge, library, bedroom …)
- At least 60% of the pieces and objects used, not including floor and wall coverings, must come from Le FRENCH DESIGN 3D Catalogue

To hand in
2 realistic HD images extracted from the project realized on HomeByMe

Calendar (new dates)
Wednesday January 6th, 2021: contest launch
Saturday February 20th, 2021: contest ends at midnight (French time / UTC+1:00)
Week of March 08th, 2021: selection by jury and announcement of winners

Award
Grand Prize: 10,000 €
The next ten projects, based on the number of votes, will be part of a special communication on Le FRENCH DESIGN by VIA site as well as the HomeByMe and FRENCH DESIGN by VIA social networks.

Selection criteria
Projects will be selected based on the following key criteria:
- Aesthetic qualities of the project,
- Functional qualities of the project: choice of pieces & objects, volumes, colors, materials and shapes,
- The highlighting of pieces and objects from the Le FRENCH DESIGN 3D Catalogue,
- Coherence with the values promoted by Le FRENCH DESIGN by VIA: HERE.

To participate
1. You must already have or else create an account on HomeByMe. This is easy to do and free. An account will let you realize 3 projects and 3 realistic HD renderings for free. To create an account, all you need is an e-mail address.
HomeByMe access: HERE
2. You realize your project on HomeByMe.
3. When your project is finished, you fill out the special contest form. This will let you give us your contact information, accept the contest rules and upload your finished projects.
