By education, matali crasset is an industrial designer. She sees design as a research process. She works from an off-centred posture that lets her act on daily life while projecting scenarios for the future at the same time. Her work consists in looking for new typologies and formulating innovative life logic. She defines this research as a soft accompaniment toward the contemporary.
Over the past 20 years, Nathan Yong has contributed to shaping the Singapore design scene while establishing his own legacy through international collaborations. Engineering ingenuity, the suitability of materials and of clever construction are crucial to him, as well as “the process of relentless questioning and reflecting before embarking on a project”.
